From the North
On the Autostrada del Sole A1, take the Firenze Certosa exit and then the Superstrada towards Siena. Exit at San Donato in Poggio, then go left towards Castellina in Chianti, until you arrive at the town.
At the entrance to Castellina in Chianti, turn left, in the direction of Radda in Chianti. Continue for about 3 Km, then turn right, still following the signs for Radda in Chianti. About 1 Km before Radda, at La Croce, turn right in the direction of Lecchi and San Sano. After about 7 Km, on the right, you will find the turnoff for Castello di Ama.

From the South
On the Autostrada del Sole A1, going towards Firenze, exit at Valdichiana. At Km 46 (watch the km signs on the left) take the Superstrada towards Siena. Drive 38 Km until Km 8 and 7. Take the exit Casetta / Montaperti. Continue for about 8 km until Continue the beginning of the road Siena/Montevarchi SS 408 (at Pianella) and turn right towards Montevarchi / Gaiole in Chianti. After about 10 Km (at the sign Km 19), take the turnoff on the left towards Lecchi in Chianti.
Pass through the village of Lecchi and after 2 Km turn left for Ama.
